Colin Galloway

Colin Galloway is a family law attorney who brings a balanced approach to advocacy, combining compassion with strategic, results-driven representation. His dedication to family law began before law school while working at the Self-Help Center of the Second Judicial District Court in Nevada, where he gained firsthand insight into the importance of accessible legal guidance for families facing life-changing circumstances.

Colin earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, graduating with a specialization in Family Law. During law school, he developed significant practical experience through the ACCESS Center of the San Francisco County Superior Court and by working as a paralegal and law clerk at multiple respected family law firms. Since his admission to the California Bar in November 2021, Colin has focused his practice exclusively on family law.

Known for his thoughtful and resolution-oriented approach, Colin is a strong advocate in court while prioritizing negotiated solutions whenever possible. He believes that clients are best served when they can reduce conflict, maintain control over their outcomes, and preserve both financial resources and family relationships. When litigation is necessary, Colin approaches each matter thoroughly prepared and strategically focused.

Colin represents clients in all aspects of family law, including child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence matters, and complex property division. He approaches every case with precision, practical judgment, and a genuine commitment to guiding clients through challenging transitions.

Outside the office, Colin enjoys golfing, snowboarding in Lake Tahoe, attending live music, and spending time with his family and his corgi.
